Right Angle Home Inspections will provide a comprehensive narrative report, including pictures, for each inspection. Within 2 work days, the report will be emailed or postal mailed to you (your choice).  At the inspection site you will be given a binder with a guide to preserving the value of your home and later you can insert your report for safe keeping.

There are various degrees of quality and delivery of home inspection reports.  Our report represents our commitment to professionalism and quality customer service.  Our home inspection reports are computer generated with pictures that support our findings and are easily accessible at our website for fast and efficient downloading. This process also simplifies communication allowing your Realtor or others to quickly obtain a copy, if needed.

A home is a complex structure with multiple systems that need to be carefully inspected.  We genuinely enjoy exploring the property and all of its systems.  We take as much time as needed to examine the various systems; we strive to provide you with accurate information about the condition of the home at the time of the inspection.  We believe that paying attention to detail benefits our clients and improves the quality of our reports.  We understand that sometimes our home inspection reports may be used in negotiations.

At the end of every inspection, Right Angle Home Inspections will give a verbal review of our findings. We encourage the client to explore the home with us,  and discuss any questions that you may have. Within 2 work days after the inspection, we will provide a complete written report with pictures by email or we will mail a printed copy to you, upon request.
